FIFA 22: Odsonne Édouard receives his Recordbreaker item

Odsonne Édouard finally received his Recordbreaker card via SBC in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team (FUT) on Tuesday evening (January 4th).

The special moment for the French attacker was almost four months ago: Édouard moved from Celtic Glasgow to Crystal Palace in the Premier League at the last minute in the summer of 2021. He made his debut in the football upper house of the island on matchday four in a 3-0 win against Tottenham Hotspur, he even scored twice after being substituted on. However, the focus was particularly on his first goal - it only took Édouard 28 seconds. It was the fastest hit ever at the Premier League premiere, and the corresponding Recordbreaker item has been in the air for FUT 22 for months.

It is now available and gives Édouard an overall rating of 85 points, compared to its regular gold version (75), all of the basic values have been increased. The pace (91) and the dribbling (89) stand out, but also the shot (84), the physique (84) and the pass (80) are in the 80s - so only the defensive (55) separates the striker from inclusion in the Gullit Gang. To unlock Édouard as a Recordbreaker, a Squad Building Challenge (SBC) must be completed by January 11th. The cheapest solution costs around 110,000 coins, insofar as all players have to be bought.

Édouard SBC Requirements

Premier League: At least one Premier League player, at least one TOTW player, overall team rating of at least 82, and team chemistry of at least 75.

Top form: At least one TOTW player, overall team rating of at least 84 and team chemistry of at least 70.

Les Bleus: at least one French player, an overall team rating of at least 85 and team chemistry of at least 65.
